Terms of Service

By accessing and using Twii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of our platform, including buyers, suppliers, and service providers.

Twii is a replacement parts marketplace that connects buyers with suppliers who stock the parts they need. Our services are search, supplier storefronts, part requests and quotes, in-app chat, asset management, and notifications. Twii is free to use for buyers and suppliers. We do not verify suppliers, we do not handle payments, and we do not arrange delivery — buyers and suppliers deal with each other directly.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Suppliers must provide accurate business information, hold whatever licences their business requires, and ensure all listed parts are genuine and described correctly. Twii does not verify supplier credentials, licences, or the parts they list — a listing on Twii is not an endorsement, and buyers should satisfy themselves before they buy. Suppliers handle their own payment, delivery, and customer service. We may moderate or remove listings that breach these terms.

Twii does not process payments. Buyers and suppliers agree price, payment, and delivery between themselves, off the platform. Every sale is a contract between the buyer and the supplier; Twii is not a party to it and does not guarantee it. We are not responsible for payment disputes, delivery problems, or the quality of any part. If we introduce paid services in future, we will set out the charges before you use them.

All content, features, and functionality of the Twii platform, including our matching algorithms, user interface, and proprietary technology, are owned by Twii and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to use it for platform operations. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

You are responsible for all content you post, including equipment information, reviews, and communications. Content must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on others' rights. We may moderate content and remove inappropriate material. By posting content, you grant us a license to use it for platform operations and improvement.

You may not use our platform for illegal activities, fraud, or to harm others. Prohibited activities include posting false information, attempting to circumvent our systems, interfering with other users, or violating any laws. We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations, including account suspension or termination.

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes account information, equipment data, search history, and usage patterns. We use this data to provide and improve our services, including our matching algorithms. We implement security measures to protect your data and do not sell your personal information.

While we strive for accuracy, Twii is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including incorrect part matches, supplier issues, or transaction problems. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee the accuracy of supplier information or the quality of parts.

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet your requirements. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party suppliers or the quality of their products. Users are responsible for verifying part compatibility and supplier credentials.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, but certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Zimbabwean arbitration laws. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits. We encourage users to resolve disputes directly with suppliers when possible.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes through email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
