We also receive messages you send us on WhatsApp. We do not receive data from payment processors or credential-checking services, because we do not use any.

We use your information to run and improve the marketplace: matching your search to the parts suppliers have listed, showing you suppliers near you, sending the notifications you have asked for, and answering support questions. We analyse usage patterns to make search better. We do not process payments, so we hold no payment data.

We do not sell your personal information. When you request a part or message a shop, we pass what that supplier needs in order to reply to you. We share data with the service providers who run our infrastructure, analytics, and messaging, and where the law requires it. We may share aggregated, anonymised data to improve our services and help suppliers understand demand.
