Field Ambassador — Mutare
3 Positions · 4-Week Contract · May 12 – June 5, 2026
Twii is a free marketplace app launching in Mutare that connects auto parts suppliers with buyers. Field Ambassadors are the front line of this launch — each ambassador owns a geographic zone and is personally responsible for onboarding suppliers onto the platform.
This is not a clipboard-and-leaflet job. You'll walk into auto parts shops, build relationships, guide suppliers through the full onboarding process on their own phone, and ensure they see their own parts appear in a live buyer search before you leave. In Week 4, you'll shift to activating buyers — vehicle owners and mechanics — in the same zone.
What you'll do
- •Visit 6–8 auto parts shops per day in your assigned zone
- •Onboard 4–5 suppliers per day to the quality standard (minimum 10 parts listed, profile complete, live search confirmed)
- •Conduct weekly check-in visits with previously onboarded suppliers
- •Submit daily activity reports via Google Sheets by 17:30
- •In Week 4: engage vehicle owners and mechanics, activate buyers (app download + first search)
What you need
- •Your own smartphone — actively proficient with apps (not just calls and WhatsApp)
- •Fluent in English and Shona (spoken and written)
- •Confident and persuasive — comfortable approaching strangers in a busy trading environment
- •Knowledge of or genuine interest in motor vehicles and parts
- •Available full-time for the 4-week period
- •Based in or near Mutare
Nice to have
- •Prior experience in sales, field promotions, or business development
- •Familiarity with Mutare's parts market geography (Sakubva, Nyakamete, Riverside, CBD)
- •Experience with mobile app onboarding or tech product demos
Compensation
- •USD 60/week (inclusive of transport and lunch) — paid weekly
- •USD 10/week airtime/data top-up provided
- •Total: USD 240 + USD 40 data over 4 weeks
